a) MLMenu.aspx contains a invalid Inherits-Tag:
<%@ Control Language="vb" AutoEventWireup="false" CodeBehind="MLMenu.ascx.vb" Inherits="Namespace Apollo.DNN.SkinObjects.MLMenu" %>

The word "Namespace " should be removed.
