I want to style the mainmenu items and submenu items. The sample ML skin that comes with PageLocalization helps alot; however, I still need more information.

It appears as if the subitems are dynamically rendered on an as needed basis. Also the list of subitems seem to be coming as a table. Is this correct? If so, how can I change the html template that surrounds the list of subitems?
