I would really like to make a button i danish and then show it on my page with this module.

Can I do that?

The module supports static localization, which means that you can localize everything from the Host>Languages menu. Select Language Editor, and open the folder Local Resources > DesktopModules > PayPalDonations > App_LocalResources. In that folder you will find 2 files which can be localized.
Select the language you want to edit for (Danish in your case) and enter all localized values for both files. The localized version of the images is part of the PayPaylDonations.ascx file, and you can change the paths of the images in your own localized version. The directory images is the directory images in the module folder, so you have to upload your own images to that folder....
